achieve what they want in life.
It encourages people to set meaningful goals and focus on positive
results. Helping people identify their truths wants and needs. It
focuses on a holistic view of creating balance in all areas of ones
life.
It differs from Counselling or Therapy in that it focuses on future
success and achievement without being introspective, delving into
the past or addressing painful emotions. Life coaching can build
confidence, help deal with stress and anxiety and help empower
people to live life more fully.
