My name is Helen Mia Harris and I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. For over 20 years I have helped people to develop their capacity to resolve emotional, personal and relationship issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, loss and separation, jealousy and betrayal, obsession, grief and bereavement, eating disorders and suicidal thoughts.
My approach to therapy is one that emphasises the importance for each individual to find their own meaning, values and inspiration in life.
My perspective is we all have much potential as human beings for creativity, loving relationships and ultimately developing a meaningful and harmonious existence.
